Our Equipments
YKM’s Mesh Manufacturing Capacity includes a complete set of advanced wire mesh quality evaluation and testing instruments, which is capable of testing and manufacturing optimal quality mesh. Our equipment includes 300 sets of looms includes RGK Machines from Japan, Jager Machines from Germany, and automatic ZWJ Looms from China.
Raw Material Inspection
We offer a complete set of advanced woven wire mesh quality evaluation and testing instruments, which are capable of testing the physical & chemical properties of the raw material and end product. These instruments test and monitor the radioactivity, metallic elements & chemical components, physical properties, ovality, internal structure, microhardness, and many other parameters.
Research & Development
YKM Group has one strong Research and Development expert team consisting of 20-plus experts, which adds to our mesh manufacturing capacity. Three of these experts have more than 30 years of experience in the industry. They are also members of the China Sieve Screening Standardization Committee and chaired or participated in drafting China’s National Standards for the mesh industry.
Quality Management
YKM is the first company in the mesh manufacturing industry passed certification for ISO9001 and ISO14001 in 2003 and ISO/TS 16949 in 2005 for Quality Management. YKM has been strictly implementing the quality management system based on the quality management policy of “Elaborately weaving, Create excellence together, Management in earnest, Sincere service”
Product Quality Inspection
Based on ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949 quality management systems, all types of product quality inspection procedures and management methods are applied. Our self-made Epoxy Lanes can manufacture top-quality Epoxy Mesh for our clients.
Manufacturing Capacity
YKM Group has two manufacturing units, that is YKM Anping Factory & the Dezhou Factory, with a total production area of 156,000 sqms, with over 300 sets.
Our yearly mesh manufacturing capacity is over 10 million square meters, offering wire mesh ranging from 1 mesh to 635 square, and higest dutch weave of 2800 mesh.
